Welcome to Lily Rose Photography ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our website lilyrosephotography.co.uk ("Website") or booking our photography services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Website
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of or restrict the use of this Website by any third party. All content on this Website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the intellectual property of Lily Rose Photography and may not be used without permission.

2. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.
Full payment is due 7 days before the shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed bookings are honoured at the rate agreed at the time of booking.
Bookings outside of 20 miles are charged travel expenses of 42p per mile.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance may be rescheduled once without penalty.
If you cancel less than 30 days before your session, your deposit is forfeited.
Rescheduling due to weather or emergencies is allowed at the photographer’s discretion.

4. Copyright and Image Use
Lily Rose Photography retains full copyright of all images.
Clients receive a personal-use license. Images may not be edited, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, website, marketing, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared.
We are not liable for missed moments due to lateness or lack of preparation.
For minors, a parent or guardian must be present during the entire session.

6. Image Delivery
Images will be available to review within 7 business days via download link
Edited images will be delivered within 30 business days via download link/gallery/USB/etc. of choice.
We do not release RAW or unedited images under any circumstances.
Minor editing (colour, light, cropping) is included. Additional retouching is available for an extra fee.

7. Liability
We take great care, but are not liable for events beyond our control (equipment failure, natural disasters, etc.).
In the unlikely event that we cannot provide the agreed service, liability is limited to a full refund of any fees paid.

8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We will never share your personal information or images (unless authorized) with third parties.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
